The hotel was adequate for the price and not too far from the Baltimore Airport. There was a decent dinner available across the street.
Not convenient to get to the Metro from the hotel. The bus runs only about every 40 minutes.
It is a short drive to the Metro. It is very close to university of Maryland. It is a clean, relatively quiet place to sleep. It has some conveniences and it is very close to the highways. I would stay there again.
Not observed. I got exactly what I paid for.
Roach infested poor security bad area
The staff was helpful and provided me with a toothbrush. I had forgotten to bring mine. Also they gave me assistance with finding the bus routes to and from the Metro Station. The person that attended to me via telephone on Thursday evening was especially helpful in answering my questions about how to get to the Days Inn from the Metro station
The staff was friendly.
The hotel itself was shabby looking, rooms weren't that clean (roaches) linen seemed dingy. Breakfast was the worst offereing I had at any hotel I've been in for the last three years.
Kind staff members, convenient location
Internet is charged
Price, free internet, free parking
Breakfast, cleanness, no mini bar
Close to metro bus stops, and a quick check in and out also were very convenient.
The bathrooms were a little dirty but the biggest downfall was the size. It was rather small. You had to step along side the toilet to open the door to exit the bathroom. Also a 4 person room only had towels for 3 people.
This hotel has not been remodeled for a long time. It has a strong, unpleasant odor. Breakfast is being offered, but it is poor.
The hotel is good and the pool too.
I don't have complains, but i would like to give the following comments to improve your service: 1. One of the lady working in the front desk need to be less serious. 2. From the front desk we couldn't get good information about the buses that pass in front of the hotel, to get Metro to go to DC. We didn't have own transportation, it was difficult to go around. It was until the last 3 days of our stay at the hotel we did find it out our self. After spending a lot of money using taxi. It isn't difficult using public transportation.
Friendly courteous staff, the girl at the check in was sweet, the room was fine, free WiFi connected without trouble and I was able to keep in touch with the dog sitter at home, and everything at the complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious
It was fine- should I be in that area again , I will stay there.
Good location and price
First two nights - dog barked a lot Last night - people next door yelled, slammed doors and blew car horn in the middle of the night
Traffic is very inconvenient, completely not introduce said: not far from the subway.
Nothing. The room we were allocated hand no working lights. The front desk receptionist was not helpful. After looking at two rooms the third one was decent.
As above. The location didnt feel like a safe one. The building looks run down and is in bad need of renovation.
The price and location.
Wi-Fi didn't work, no clean towels daily, and the room had a musty smell.
